2025 Action Report

White paper:

This report pulled together storytelling from across the American business to show the full impact of Ørsted’s clean energy projects in the U.S.

This project started with the request for a white paper as a pdf and print handout. But as a key piece of content that brought together all the regional story telling, I knew we should activate it across touch points.

My Pitch:

Let’s utilize this content, with the accompanying imagery and infographics, across our organic platforms and internal comms to educate on the full story of the U.S. business.

I added:

Banners for event experiences

Office signage for internal awareness

Flexible social media graphics

Design led content planning:

I collaborated with the Head of Branding and Head of Communications to decide how we could arrange content to best tell the Orsted Americas story.

I was able to use the book map I built during that conversation to guide a copy writer on how much content would fit in each section.

Flexible social media graphics:

I created a library of graphics that could be used together on company accounts to tell the whole story of the report.

Or they could be used individually by employees to highlight storytelling in their area of the business.

The final assets

This project excited employees throughout the business by providing tools to tell the company story with proof points across all messaging pillars and audience groups. Some data from the results:

  • The social media promotional materials drove a 16% CTR on LinkedIn.

  • There was a 73% increase in web traffic to us.Ørsted.com during the promotion period.
